Fixing America: Return Policies that Make Sense

If you’re thinkin’ that it’s baseball, well you’d better think again. In America, shopping is THE national sport and this past weekend, I learned a bit more about how this national sport is played.

I went to Macy’s for their President’s Day sale. Macy’s was trying to clear out their previously un-cleared out winter merchandise, and like two-day old Swedish Meatballs, the offers were delicious.

A world with too much customer service?

After living in Europe for nearly 20 years you get used to doing things on your own. You pump your own gas, you pack your own bags at the grocery store AND take them out to the car AND load them in as well. It’s different in America. You get customer service. But is there such a thing as too much customer service?
